Delivering the key
Your room key and access card will be delivered via Gojek/Grab driver. Please wait in the garden near the entrance until the driver contacts you for handover
Waiting
While waiting, please remember not to speak to anyone especially security that you stay at a hotel. According to property rules, daily stays are not allowed, and if caught, you will be kicked out/banned from the property.
Arrival of the Key
After receiving the key from the driver, proceed to Tower B near the Alfamart at the front gate. Use the access card to enter the building, then take the elevator to your floor. Your room number is indicated on the key/card
Check out
Leave the key in the room, turn off the AC, and close the door. Take the elevator to the 1st floor (no key needed). Exit through the main door - no card required as people are always coming/going.
